It's almost mine!!

I've been sitting, waiting patiently to hear something about the house. I've finally found one and have signed what needs to be signed to almost say it's MINE! In a few days I'm hoping to hear something about the inspections that are being done, and the last things done with the loan. I so wish I had the money to say here is a huge portion of the money, now GIMMIE! If it was only that easy.

Next step that I can do on my own, Home Insurance. Yeah, I had a heck of a time trying to get car insurance now I have to shop around for another type.

Ahh well...here goes nothing...off to so some research.
